
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Finally chopped onion. 2 tsp
Chopped Curry leaves 1 tsp
Salt for taste
Oil 2 tsp
Method:
Marinate all items for 30 mins to 1 hour.
In the pan, pour 2 tsp of oil,Spread chicken pieces ,cover cook for 10 mins.
Add 1 cup of water if you needed.
Check in between, cook all the sides in medium low flame for another 10 mins.
Last add some more curry leaves and switch off the flame.
Easy Chicken Roast is ready to serve with Biryani/rice.
