
Ingredients:
Chicken. 1/2 kg
Onion. 1
Green chilly 2
Curry leaves 10
Tomato. 1
Ginger garlic paste. 1 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder. 1 tsp
Garam masala. 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder. 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder. 1/4 tsp
Curd 2 tsp
Cashew 6 to 8
Oil 3 tsp
Salt for taste.
Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Method:
Grind cashew with little water ,make cashew paste and keep aside.
In the pan, pour oil ,add chopped onions, curry leaves and green chilly and fry for few mins.
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 30 seconds.
Add chicken, cover cook for 2 mins.
Add chopped tomatoes, chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder,
turmeric powder ,salt, mix it well and cook for 2 mins.
Add 2 tsp curd, mix it well ,add 1 cup of water and cover cook for 15 mins in medium low flame.
Add cashew paste ,mix it well ,cook for 5 more mins.
At last ,garnish with coriander leaves and switch off the flame.
Easy Chicken Gravy is ready to serve with rice/chapathi.
