
Ingredients:
Basmati rice 3 cups
Chicken legs 6 to 7
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Curd 3 tsp
Onion 2
Oil 2 tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
Saffron stands little
Milk 2 tsp
Salt for taste.
For paste:
Tomato 1
Green chilly 2
Mint leaves Handful
Coriander leaves Handful
Cinnamon 1
Star anise 2
Cloves 3
Cardamom 2
Method:
This is easy way to make Hydarbadi Dum chicken Biryani in Rice cooker.
Marinate the chicken legs with 1 tsp chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt for 30 mins.
Grind all the items in paste category and keep aside.
Soak saffron in 2 tsp milk.
Soak 3 cups of basmati rice in water for 30 mins,
In rice cooker , Pour 6 cups of water, salt, add soaked rice ,switch on.
In the pan, add ghee and oil, cook sliced onions till it becomes golden color.
Add marinated chicken legs, mix it well, cover cook for 10 to 15 mins.
Now the chicken is cooked 50 to 60%.
Add Curd and cook for 5 more mins.
Add ground paste,1 tsp chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt,1 cup of water and cook for 10 to 15 mins.

Now chicken biryani masala is ready.
By this time, rice is ready by 80%.
Take half of rice in the plate, Gently add chicken masala in the top of rice in rice cooker.
Spread the taken rice to the top of chicken, pour saffron milk in the top and close it.
Now ,in the steam, cook chicken Biryani for 10 mins.
Without mixing, take it as layer ,Yummy Easy Chicken Biryani is ready to serve with raita and egg.
