
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Egg 1
All purpose flour 1 tsp
Corn flour 3 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Fennel seed powder. 1 tsp
Color powder a pinch(Optional)
Vinegar 2 tsp
Salt for taste.
Oil for frying
Curry leaves for garnishing.
Method:
Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for 1 to 2 hours.
Air-fry the chicken for 20 mins, Turn the chicken pieces in 10 mins.
When last 1 min is left, add some curry leaves and serve hot.
Or In the oil, Deep fry the chicken in medium flame and serve hot.
