
Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Green chilly 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Garam masala 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Kasmiri chilly powder 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 2 tsp
(freshly grounded)
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Curry leaves little Coriander leaves little
Salt for taste.
Method:
In the pan, pour oil add sliced onion, fennel seeds, green chilly and fry till onion gets translucent.
Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, kasmiri chilly powder, ginger garlic paste and fry for few mins.
Add chicken, salt and cover cook for 15 to 20 mins, stir in between.
Add freshly grounded pepper powder, curry leaves ,lemon juice and cook for few mins.
Switch off the flame, Once masala coated well and dry.
Garnish with coriander leaves and pepper chicken is ready for Rice/Chappathi.
