
Ingredients:
Chicken Drumsticks 7 to 8
Pepper powder 2 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Onion 1
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 6 to 7
Green chilly 3
Curry leaves 10 to 15
Fennel seed powder 1 tsp
Kasmiri Chilly powder 3/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Curd 2 tsp
Tomato 1
Oil 3 tsp
Salt for taste
Coriander & Curry leaves for garnishing.
Method:
Marinade chicken drumsticks with 1 tsp pepper powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste ,little salt for 30 mins to 1 hour.
In the pan, pour oil, add chopped garlic, ginger, sliced green chilly, curry leaves ,fry for few seconds.
Add sliced onions, cook till it becomes translucent.
Add kashmiri chilly powder, fennel seed powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder ,fry it well.
Add curd and mix it well,
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 mins.
Add chicken drumsticks ,salt and cover cook the chicken for 10 to 15 mins.Stir in between.
Add 1 tsp pepper powder ,cook till Chicken roasted well and dry.
Garnish with some curry leaves ,coriander leaves and Serve hot with Rice/Chapathi.
