
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
Corn flour 3 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Egg 1
Soy sauce 2 tsp
Chilly Garlic Sauce 2 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup 1 tsp
Garlic cloves 5
Green Chilly 3
Onion 1/2
Green pepper 1
Yellow pepper 1/2
Oil for frying
Salt for taste
Spring onions for garnishing.
Method:
Marinate the chicken with 1 tsp corn flour, salt, pepper powder, egg & 1 tsp soy sauce for half an hour.
Cut the onion, green pepper and yellow pepper in square shape.
Chop garlic and slice green chilly and keep aside.
Mix 2 tsp of corn flour with water and keep aside.
Deep Fry the marinated chicken in the oil and keep aside.
In the pan, add little oil, add finally chopped garlic, green chilly, and onion.
Now add tomato ketchup, vinegar,1 tsp soy sauce, chilly garlic sauce, and cook for few seconds.
Add both color capsicums, mix well, add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 2 mins
Add the marinated chicken, salt and mix it well.
Add corn flour water and let it cook for 2 mins.
Garnish with spring onions, Chilly Chicken is ready to serve with Fried rice.
