Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients:


Chicken 1/2 kg

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Onion 1

Tomato 2

Gin,garlic paste 1 tsp

Kasmiri chilly powder 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder 1/2 tsp

Cumin powder 1/2 tsp

Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Heavy cream 3 tsp

Kasthuri methi 1 tsp

Oil 3 tsp

Salt for taste


For marination

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Curd 3 tsp

Chilly powder 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder 1/2 tsp

Cumin powder 1/2 tsp

Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Gin.garlic paste 1 tsp

Salt 1/2 tsp

Oil 1 tsp

Method:

Marinate the chicken with all ingredients in marination section for 1 hour.

In the pan,pour 2 tsp of oil,add marinated chicken,cook for 10 to 15 mins & keep aside.

Grind tomatoes in the blender and keep aside

In the same pan,add 1 tsp oil,add cumin seeds,chopped onion,cook till it becomes translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste,ground tomato paste and mix it well.

Add all powders,salt,mix it well.

Add 1 cup of water,let masala cook for 5 to 10 mins.

Add cooked chicken,let it boil for 5 mins.

Add heavy cream and cook for 5 more mins.

At-last garnish with kasthuri methi and serve with Naan.
