
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
Onion 1/2
Green chilly 3
Garlic 6
Curry leaves little
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste. 1/2 tsp
Curd 1 tsp
Cloves 2
Cinnamon stick 1
Staranise 1
Oil 2 tsp
Salt for taste.
Method:
Marinate the chicken with chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,1 tsp pepper powder, ginger garlic paste ,curd and salt for 1 hour.
In the pan, pour oil, add cloves, cinnamon stick, star anise, garlic, green chilly ,curry leaves and fry it.
Add chopped onions and fry till it becomes translucent.
Add marinated chicken, mix it well and cover cook for 15 to 20 mins.
When chicken is 80% done, add 1 tsp of pepper powder and cook for 5 to 10 mins.
Switch off the flame, once chicken is roasted and dry.
