Chicken Omelette

Ingredients:


Boneless Chicken 200g

Chicken 65 powder 1 tsp

Egg 2

Shallot 6

Green chilly 2

Coriander leaves little

Chilly flakes little

Chilly powder 1/2 tsp

Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp

Oil 4 tsp

Salt for taste


Method:

Marinate the chicken with chicken 65 powder for 30 mins.

Cover cook the chicken with 2 tsp of oil for 10 to 15 mins.

Grind the cooked chicken and keep aside.

Chop coriander leaves and green chilly.

Beat the egg and keep aside.

In 1 tsp of oil, fry shallots and green chilly for a min and keep aside.

In mixing bowl, add beaten egg, chilly flakes .coriander leaves, fried shallots ,green chilly and mix it well.

Add chilly powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix it well.

Add grounded chicken and mix all together.

In the dosa tawa, pour 1 tsp oil, pour and spread the mixture, cook in the low flame for a min.

Once it cooked, flip the other side ,let it cook for another 1 min.

Yummy Healthy Chicken Omelette is ready.
