
Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Butter 2 tsp
Kasturi methi 1 tsp
Cream 2 tsp(optional)
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Tomato 2
Salt for taste
For marination:
Curd 2 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Chilly powder 1 1/2tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Salt little
Method:
Marinate the chicken with all ingredients in marination section for 1 hour.
Grind tomatoes and keep aside.
In the pan, add marinated chicken and cover cook for 10 to 15 mins, stir in between.
Once Chicken is dry, add tomato paste, all powders( Chilly powder, coriander powder , garam masala, & cumin powder) , 1 cup of water ,salt and cook for 15 mins.
Add butter ,cream, kasturi methi and cover cook in low flame for 5 more mins.
Switch off the flame ,once oil separates and serve with naan.
