
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1 1/2 tsp
Green chilly 3
Coriander leaves little
Mint leaves little
Curd 2 tsp
Fresh cream 2 tsp
Corn flour 2 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Salt for taste.
Bamboo skewers 3 to 4
Method:
Cut chicken into bigger size (about 1 inch).
Chop green chilly, coriander leaves and mint leaves keep aside.
Soak bamboo sticks in cold water and keep aside.
In the mixing bowl. add chicken ,lemon juice, salt, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder,
pepper powder, green chilly ,coriander leaves , mint leaves ,curd, fresh cream ,mix it well.
Add corn flour and mix it well.
At last add oil, let it marinate for an hour.
In the skewers, skew chicken pieces one by one and keep aside.
Heat the dosa tawa, add oil/butter ,place the chicken skewers ,cook in medium flame 6 to 8 mins.
Turn the other side and cook for another 8 mins..
Let chicken cooked and roasted all the sides.
