
Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Green chilly 3
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Coconut milk 1 cup
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves little
Coriander leaves little
Oil 3 tsp
Salt for taste
For powder:
Red chilly 6
Coriander seeds 2 tsp
Raw rice 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
Poppy seeds 1 tsp
Fried grams 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick 2
Cloves 2
Cardamom 1
Method:
Dry roast all the ingredients in the powder section until slightly brown and grind into a fine powder.
In the cooker, pour oil, add mustard seeds, wait for mustard seeds to splutter and add curry leaves.
Add chopped onions, cook till it becomes translucent.
Add green chilly, ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and cook for 2 to 3 mins.
Mix cleaned chicken and cover cook for 5 mins.
Add roasted ground powder ,coconut milk, salt, required water and pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles.
At-last add coriander leaves and serve with chappathi/dosa/parotta.
