
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
Green Capsicum 1
Orange Capsicum 1/2
Tomato 1
Onion 1/2
For marination:
Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
Curd 3 tsp
Corn flour 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Kasthuri methi 1 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Salt for taste
Method:
Cut the chicken, all vegetables into cubes.
Marinate the chicken with all item in marination section for 3 to 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Skew the marinated chicken with vegetables and grill it in oven/grill /barbeque.
Serve hot with Mint dip/chutney.
Mint dip:
Grind handful mint leaves ,little coriander leaves,2 green chilly,1 inch ginger,2 garlic,1/2 tsp cumin powder ,little salt all together.Easy mint dip is ready for kabab.
