
Ingredients :
Basmati Rice 3 cups
Vegetables Carrot,Green peas
Capsicum 1
Egg 3
Chicken 1/4 cup
Pepper powder 1 1/2 spoon
Fried Rice Mix 1 tsp (optional)
Oil 2 tsp
Salt for taste
Spring onions for garnishing.
Method:
Soak the rice in the water for 30 mins.
Boil 6 cups of water, add 1 tsp salt and cook the rice.
Once rice is cooked ,drain it & let it cool down.
Cook vegetables and keep aside.
Next egg, make scrambled egg and keep aside.
Cover cook the chicken and keep aside.
Now Mixing Part,
In the wide pan,Mix cooked vegetables, scrambled egg, shredded chicken, rice and toss it well.
Sprinkle pepper powder, hapima fried rice mix(optional),salt and mix it gently.
Garnish with spring onions and Yummy Chicken Fried Rice is ready.
You can add little soy sauce, chilly sauce and ajinomoto for different flavor for fried rice.
