
Ingredients:
Chicken Drumsticks 6 to 8
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Garlic 6
Cinnamon stick 1
Curry leaves 10
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste. 1 tsp
Coconut milk 1/4 cup
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves little
Oil 3 tsp
Salt for taste
Method:
Cover cook the chicken, with chilly powder ,garam masala ,turmeric powder ,little salt, ginger garlic paste ,1 cup of water for 10 to 15 mins and keep aside.
In the same pan, pour oil, add cinnamon stick ,fennel seeds, curry leaves ,thinly sliced onions and fry it gets translucent.
Add chopped garlic and tomatoes, cook for 2 to 3 mins.
Combine cooked chicken, salt and mix it well.
Add coconut milk to the chicken gravy ,cook for 2 mins.
At-last add pepper powder ,coriander leaves and cook in low flame for 5 mins.
Once masala coated to the chicken well ,switch off the flame.
Chicken Drumstick Masala is ready to serve hot.
