
Ingredients:
Chicken Drumstick 5 to 6
Onion 1
Tomato 2
Gin.gar.paste 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp
Pepper corns 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Grated Coconut 3 tsp
Cinnamon stick 2
Cardamom 2
Curry leaves little
Oil 2 tsp
Salt for taste.
Method:
Grind peppercorns, fennel seeds, coconut into fine paste and keep it aside.
Fry chopped onions in oil for 2 to 3 mins, and grind into paste.
Grind tomatoes ,make a paste and keep it aside.
In the cooker, pour oil, add cinnamon stick, cardamom, curry leaves and fry for few secs.
Add onion paste, fry for 2 mins.
Add ginger garlic paste, tomato paste and add turmeric powder, coriander powder ,chilly powder and cook for 1 min.
Add cleaned chicken, ground coconut paste, required salt, little water and close the lid.
Pressure cook the chicken for 2 to 3 whistles.
Now chicken drumstick gravy is ready to serve with rice /idly/dosa/ chappathi.
