Chicken Curry with Green Chilly

Ingredients:

Chicken 1/2 kg

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Tomato 2

Green chilly 8

Cardamom 2

Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves little

Gin.Gar.Paste 1 tsp

Garam masala 1 tsp

Oil 2 tsp

Salt for taste.

Little curry leaves and chopped green chilly for garnishing.


Method:

Marinate the chicken with turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice for 30 mins

Grind the tomatoes and green chilly into paste without adding water.

In the pan, pour oil, add cardamom, cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and fry for a min.

Add the marinated chicken ,let it cook in medium flame for 5 mins.

Once chicken is golden color ,add tomato chilly paste, garam masala powder salt and cover cook for 10 to 15 mins.

Once the chicken is dry and well coated with chicken, garnish with curry leaves and green chilly.

Yummy Chicken curry is ready to serve hot.
