
Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Curd 3 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Curry masala powder/
Chicken masala powder 1 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon stick 1
Cloves 3
Cardamom 2
Oil 2 tsp
Salt for taste.
Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Method:
In the pan, pour oil ,and add cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, and finally chopped onion.
Once onion is translucent, add chopped tomatoes and cook until it becomes soft.
Add ginger garlic paste and add all powders ,Garam masala powder
Curry masala powder/Chicken masala powder,Chilly powder,Coriander powder ,&
Turmeric powder ,fry for 3 mins.
Now add chicken& salt and mix it well.
Add curd & cover cook 10 to 15 mins.
Once the masala is coated with chicken & dry ,Switch off the flame.
Garnish coriander leaves on top and serve it hot.
