Chicken Chaap

Ingredients:

Chicken Thigh Pieces 5 to 6

Curd 4 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Chilly powder 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Cumin powder 1/2 tsp

Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Mustard paste 1/2 tsp

Chilly flakes 1 tsp

Gram flour 2 tsp

Vinegar 2 tsp

Oil 2 tsp

Salt for taste.


Method:

Mix all items together and marinate with chicken for 45 mins to 1 hour.

In the pan,Pour oil, cook chicken with low medium flame in both sides.

Cook until it becomes golden brown, turn occasionally.

The Chicken Chaap is ready to serve.
