
Ingredients:
For Chapathi:
Wheat Flour 1 cup
Salt little
Warm water as required
For Vegetable Stuffing:
Onion 1/2
Tomato 1/2
Garlic 10
Ginger 1 inch
Capsicum 1
Coriander leaves little
For Chicken Marination:
Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Fennel seed powder 1 tsp
Chicken 65 powder 1/4 tsp (optional)
Salt for taste
Egg 5
Tomato Ketch up 5 tsp
Mayonnaise 5 tsp
Oil as required
Method:
Marinate the chicken with marination section for 30 mins.
In 2 tsp of oil, cover cook the chicken for 10 to 15 mins, Stir in between.
Switch off the flame, once chicken is roasted well and keep aside.
Chop garlic and ginger, keep aside.
Thinly slice onion, tomato, capsicum & keep aside.
In 1 tsp of oil, add chopped garlic ,ginger and fry it for few seconds.
Add sliced onion and cook for 30 seconds,
Add tomato, capsicum, coriander leaves and fry it for 30 seconds.
Now Vegetable mixture is ready and keep aside.
Knead Wheat flour and salt with warm water ,make dough and rest it for 30 mins.
Take a small ball, roll it.
In the dosa tawa, apply 1 tsp of oil, put rolled chapathi.
Add egg, spread it well, flip it ,cook other side too.
Now Egg Chapathi is ready and keep aside.
Repeat with all dough and Make Egg Chapathi.

Now Everything is ready, We can make Rolls now.
On the egg side ,add 1 tsp mayonnaise,1 tsp tomato ketchup.
Take small portion of Vegetable mixture ,add it to the roll.
Put some cooked Chicken and Roll it up.
Chapathi Chicken Roll is ready.
With these Chicken and Vegetables ,You can make 5 to 6 Rolls.
