
Ingredients:
Carrot 1/2 kg
Sugar 1/2 cup
Cardamom a pinch
Cornflour 2 tsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Pista Chopped little
Method:
Pressure cook the carrots for 3 to 4 whistles.
Remove carrot and mash it ,safe the water.
If you want ,grind it in the blender for smooth paste.
Add cornflour with carrot water and keep aside.
Heat the pan, add mashed carrot, sugar and cornflour water and cook for 20 mins in low heat.
Add cardamom powder and keep stirring.
Grease the wide bowl with 1 tsp ghee and keep it ready.
Once it becomes thick ,add to greased bowl, cover ,and keep it in the fridge for 4 hours.
Remove from fridge ,garnish with pista nuts and Serve.
