
Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Cashew 10
Gin.Gar.Paste 1 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Kasthuri methi 1 tsp
Heavy cream 1 tsp
Butter 2 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Cardamom 2
Cinnamon stick 1
Star Anise 1
Salt for taste.
Method:
Cover cook the chicken and keep aside.
Fry chopped onions in the oil for few seconds.
Grind fried onions, tomato, cashew into fine paste.
In the pan, add butter, once melted ,add cardamom, cinnamon, star anise and fry for few seconds.
Add cooked chicken, add chilly powder, coriander powder and cook till raw smell gone.
Add ginger garlic paste, ground masala and required salt.
Add some water and cook till masala smell gone.
At last, add heavy cream, kasthuri methi and switch off the flame.
Butter Chicken Masala is ready to serve with Roti/chappathi/Naan.
