Beetroot Jam

Ingredients:


Beetroot 2

Brown sugar/Sugar 6 to 7 tsp

Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

Ghee 2 tsp


Method:

Peel the beetroot skin, cut into small cubes.

Cook the beetroot cubes in 2 cups of water for 10 mins.

Once it cooked, Let it cool down.

Grind into paste and keep aside.

In the pan, add ground beetroot paste and cook in medium flame.

Add cardamom powder, brown sugar, ghee and stir it well.

After 10 mins ,it reduced to half and you will get jam consistency.

Yummy Easy Beetroot Jam is ready.
