Paneer Butter Masala -2

Ingredients:

Paneer 1/4 kg

Onion 1

Tomato 3

Cashew 10 to 15

Red chilly 6

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Cinnamon stick 1

Butter 3 tsp

Kasmiri chilly powder 1 tsp

Garam masala 1 tsp

Heavy cream 2 tsp

Sugar 1/4 tsp

Kasthuri methi 1 tsp

Oil 2 tsp

Salt for taste


Method:

Cut paneer into cubes and keep aside.

In 2 tsp oil ,add onions, cumin seeds, cinnamon stick, red chilly and fry it for few mins.

Add chopped tomatoes, cashew and cook for 5 mins.

Once it cooked ,cool it down, grind into paste and keep aside.

In the pan, melt 2 tsp butter, add kasmiri chilly powder, garam masala powder ,fry it.

Add cubed paneer, sauté for 2 to 3 mins ,so that masala coated well.

Add ground masala paste with little water, bring to boil.

Add heavy cream, sugar, kasthuri methi ,salt and mix it well.

Cover cook the masala for 10 to 15 mins.

Last, add 1 tsp butter, garnish with little kasthuri methi and switch off the flame.

Hot Yummy Paneer Butter Masala is ready to serve Chapathi/Roti.
