
Ingredients:
Cucumber 1
Cherry Tomatoes 10
Avocado 1
Onion 1/2
Coriander leaves little
Olive oil 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt for taste.
Method:
Slice Cucumber, onion and keep aside.
Cut tomatoes ,avocado and keep aside.
Chop coriander leaves.
In the bowl. add tomatoes, cucumber, avocado.
Add coriander leaves, onions ,oil. lemon juice, salt ,pepper powder.
Toss it well. and keep it in the fridge for 15 to 30 mins.
Healthy ,Fresh ,Easy Cucumber Salad is ready.
