Chilly Idly

Ingredients:

Idly 5

Onion 1

Capsicum 1

Tomato ketchup 2 tsp

Soy sauce 1 tsp

Chilly sauce 2 tsp

Pepper powder 1 tsp

Salt for taste

Oil for frying.


Method:

Cut Onion and capsicum in cube sizes.

Cut idly in to 4 pieces and fry it in the oil and keep aside.

In the pan, add 1 tsp oil, add chopped onion. cook till it becomes translucent.

Add capsicum and fry for few seconds.

Add tomato ketchup, soy sauce, chilly sauce and fry for few seconds.

Add pepper powder, salt and cook for few seconds.

Add fried idly and mix it gently.

Switch off the flame, once idly coated to sauce.

Chilly Idly is ready to serve hot.
