Cauliflower Curry

Ingredients:

Cauliflower. 1/2 kg

Turmeric powder. 1/4 tsp

Onion 1

Tomato 1

Green chilly 2

Cumin seeds. 1/2 tsp

Garlic 4 to 5

Chilly powder 1 tsp

Coriander powder. 1 tsp

Garam masala. 1/2 tsp

Oil 2 tsp

Salt for taste

Coriander leaves for garnishing


Method:

Chop garlic, slice onions ,slit green chilly and keep aside.

Grind tomato into paste and keep aside.

Boil 2 cups of water with turmeric powder ,salt .

Add cut cauliflower and boil for 3 mins and keep aside.

In the pan, pour oil ,add cumin seeds, green chilly , garlic and fry it.

Add onions and cook it becomes translucent.

Add tomato paste, chilly powder ,coriander powder ,garam masala ,salt and fry it for an minute.

Add 1 cup of water and bring to boil.

Add cauliflower and cover cook for 10 to 15 mins in medium low flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
