
Ingredients::
Paneer 300 g(cubed)
Onion 1
Tomato 2
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Gin.Gar.Paste 1 tsp
Butter 2 +2 tsp
Cashew paste 1/2 cup
Oil 1 tsp
Salt for taste
Method:
In the pan, toss the paneer with 2 tsp of butter for few mins and keep aside.
Fry chopped onions in the 1 tsp oil, once it gets translucent, grind into paste.
Grind chopped tomatoes into paste and keep aside.
Grind handful of cashew with 1 /2 cup of water and keep aside.
In the pan, heat butter, add onion paste and fry for 5 mins.
Add ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander powder , turmeric powder ,garam masala powder, mix it well.
Add tomato paste and 1/2 cup of water, cook for 5 to 10 mins.
Add cashew paste, salt and cover cook for 5 mins
Finally add cubed paneer and cook for 5 more mins.
Now Panner Butter Masala is ready to serve with chappathi or naan.
