Aval Cutlet

Ingredients:


Aval/Poka 1 cup

Boiled potato 2

Coriander leaves little

Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Kasmiri chilly powder 1/2 tsp

Pepper powder 1 tsp

Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Corn flour 3 tsp

All purpose flour 1 tsp

Bread crumbs 3 to 4 tsp

Salt for taste.


Method:

Wash aval with water well ,drain it and keep aside.

Mash the potatoes and mix it with aval.

Add coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, kasmiri chilly powder, pepper powder ,garam masala, 1 tsp corn flour salt ,mix all together.

Combine well and soft dough is ready.

Take a small portion of dough, make a desired shape.

Mix 2 tsp cornflour. all purpose flour,1/2 pepper powder, salt with 1/2 cup water and keep aside.

Spread the bread crumbs and keep it ready.

Dip it in corn flour mix ,coat it into breadcrumbs.

In the pan, pour oil, fry both side of cutlet till golden and crispy.

Evening snack ,Aval Cutlet is ready to serve with Tomato ketchup.
