Aloo Paratha

Ingredients:

Boiled potatoes 2

Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

Coriander leaves little

Green chilly 2

Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Kasmiri chilly powder 1/2 tsp

Oil/Ghee as required

Salt for taste


Method:

For Wheat dough ,

Mix 1 cup of wheat flour, salt with little water ,make soft dough and keep aside.

Boil the potatoes, peel the skin, mash it and keep aside.

Mix Chopped green chilly, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, garam masala, kasmiri chilly powder, salt in mashed potatoes and take small portion ,make small size ball from potato.

Roll small portion of wheat dough in rolling pan ,keep the potato ball inside ,cover it with all sides of dough.

Press the joined top portion slightly downward from the center.

Dust it with some wheat flour,Roll the paratha in circle shape.

In the dosa tawa, apply 1 tsp of oil or ghee, place the rolled paratha in high flame.

Cook in both sides and Aloo paratha is ready to serve.
