
Ingredients:
All purpose flour/Maida 2 cup
Dry yeast 1/2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Milk 100 ml
Warm water 1/2 cup (adjust)
Oil 3 tsp
Butter 1 tsp
Salt for taste.
Method:
Soak dry yeast in warm milk ,keep it aside for 10 mins.
In the bowl, add all purpose flour , sugar, salt, milk with yeast, warm water & knead the dough for 5 to 10 mins.
The dough should be strictly smooth to get soft, tasty Naans.
Now apply little oil on top of the dough and cover it.
After 2 to 3 hours, the dough has raised and still more soft now.
Take small amount of dough, apply dry flour and press it to round shape.
In the hot pan, add some butter ,place the naan ,cook it both the sides.
Hot Naan is ready to serve with Butter chicken/Chicken Tikka masala.
