Pistachio Milk Cake

Ingredients:

Milk 1 cup

Green color/

Pistachio Essence 2 tsp

Condensed milk 1/2 can

Evaporated milk 1/2 can

All purpose flour 1 cup

Powdered sugar 1/2 cup

Egg 2

Oil 4 tsp

Baking powder 1/2 tsp

Baking soda 1/4 tsp

Whipping cream 4 to 5 tsp

Almonds &

Pistachio for garnishing


Method:

Mix 1 tsp green color in the milk and keep aside.

We use 1/2 milk on cake mix and other 1/2 on milk mix.

In the bowl, add powdered sugar, oil, egg and mix it well.

Sieve all purpose flour, baking soda , baking powder and combine well.

Add 1/2 green milk gradually, Now cake mix is ready.

Grease the pan with some oil, pour cake mix ,add some pistachio nuts in the top (optional)and keep it ready.



In the pan, add some salt ,place stand and preheat/.cover the lid for 5 mins.

In the stand, place cake pan and cover it, cook in the low flame for 30 mins or until tooth-pick comes clean.

Level/cut the excess the cake if any, let it cool down for few mins.

Mix remaining 1/2 green milk, condensed milk, evaporated milk,1 tsp green color together, now green milk mixture is ready

Poke holes with fork all sides, add milk mixture evenly.

Add whipped cream in the top, spread it evenly.

Garnish with almonds and pistachio nuts and keep it in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours.

Delicious Pistachio Milk Cake is ready to serve chill...
