
Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg
Onion 1/2
Curry leaves 8 to 10
Green chilly 3
Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
For Marination:
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt as required.
Method:
Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients in marination section for one hour.
In the pan, pour oil, add green chilly, curry leaves, fennel seeds and fry for 1 min.
Add chopped onions and fry till translucent.
Add marinated chicken and cover cook for 15 to 20 mins.Stir occasionally.
Without adding water, the chicken will cook in steam in low flame.Stir in between.
Switch off the flame once masala coated with chicken well and the chicken completely cooked.
